SABA’S GOT A GUNN

Australian women’s footwear label Tom Gunn will bring their luxury designs to respected retailer SABA, collaborating on a unique colour palette for their Autumn Winter 2010 collection.

Following their signature style of contrasting textures throughout the designs, the seven-piece Tom Gunn for SABA collaboration features a mixture of exotic python skins and Italian nappa, kid and patent leathers in heels, flats and boots, with a polished palette of ruby, ink, chocolate, nude and black.

This is the first alliance for the duo with the collection featuring selected designs from the signature Autumn Winter 2010 collection in colours exclusive to SABA, and will be available in select stores in Sydney and Melbourne.

Tom Gunn co-designer Gabrielle Thompson said they were thrilled to have received the opportunity to work with SABA on their first collaboration.

“Like ourselves, SABA is an Australian company dedicated to providing unique and quality pieces to the discerning female consumer and we feel extremely privileged to be affiliated with them for their first ever designer shoe collaboration,” Thompson said.

“With Tom Gunn for SABA, we hope to bring our sophisticated yet edgy style to SABA’s fashion savvy clientele with this bold yet classically elegant collection – perfect pieces to wear for all occasions, whether it be to work, on weekends, or for a fabulous night out,” she said.

Sadly it looks like those in Queensland miss out to our Southern sisters, but I shall keep you posted.

Tom Gunn for SABA will be available from February, with designs retailing from $499 to $899, for more information go to Tom Gunn
