Jerry Seinfeld’s new TV show ‘The Marriage Ref’ is a combination reality show, game show & comedy where celebrities & a relationship referee help squabbling married couples make peace & win prizes along the way. Created by Seinfeld himself, this is relationship advice... with a comic twist.
What does this have to do with shoes…? They would love to find a couple where the wife has an amazing shoe collection but her husband thinks it’s out of control.
Come on people, we know you know someone!
The idea of the show is to have a fun debate & at the end of it, the ‘Marriage Referee’ decides on a winner & awards a prize.
Seinfeld says ‘after 10 years of marriage I have discovered that the comedic potential of this subject is quite rich’. The tone of the show is light-hearted & fun – this is Jerry Seinfeld, not Jerry Springer.
